Welcome to 918ks (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under international gaming authorisation and accessible at 918ks.cam. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your") and 918ks governing your access to and use of all services offered through this Platform.

Registration on and use of the 918ks Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the Platform. 918ks enforces a strict 21+ policy across all gaming products. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment method on record, less any applicable processing fees.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering contracts may not use the Platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

To access the full range of 918ks Services, you are required to create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing account management:

• Registration Information: You must provide a unique username, a valid email address or mobile number, and a secure password. All personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and address must be accurate and kept current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 918ks will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your username and password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 918ks reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage. KYC documentation may include a valid Malaysian government-issued ID (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a selfie with the ID document. Withdrawal requests above RM 1,000 require completed KYC verification.
• Account Currency: All Account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits in other currencies or cryptocurrencies will be converted at the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction.
• No Transfer of Accounts: Your Account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any balance held within it to any other person.

By using the 918ks Platform, you agree to use all Services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following general terms of use apply at all times:

• You access and use the Platform at your own risk. 918ks makes no warranties that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times.
• The Platform is intended for personal recreational use only. Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business through the Platform or acting as an intermediary for third-party bettors, is strictly prohibited.
• You agree not to attempt to access any part of the Platform that you are not authorised to access, and not to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
• All game outcomes on the 918ks Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. 918ks does not manipulate game outcomes.
• The placement of bets and gaming activity constitutes a binding transaction. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be reversed except in circumstances where the Platform has made a manifest technical error.

918ks supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The following financial terms apply:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 across all supported payment methods, including the MYR-equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow/FPX are typically credited instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of blockchain confirmations, which may take up to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed where KYC documentation has not been completed. Standard e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target processing times and are not guaranteed in all circumstances.

• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login or transactional activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee of RM 20 may be applied to the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

918ks offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Standard bonus offers carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before the bonus balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a RM 100 bonus requires RM 2,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Game Contributions: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.

• 918ks Rights: 918ks reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers, 918ks reserves the right to void associated winnings and close the relevant Account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 918ks Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or betting.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform's bonus structures or gaming systems.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threats directed at other users or Platform staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN or proxy service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or these Terms.
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit transaction with your payment provider except in cases of genuine unauthorised use of your payment method.

All Content on the 918ks Platform — including but not limited to the 918ks brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, interface elements, game software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of 918ks or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Content from the Platform without the express prior written permission of 918ks.
• The 918ks name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 918ks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 918ks and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 918ks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any technical failure, system error, server downtime, communication failure, or data loss that results in interruption to Platform Services.
• Any actions taken by 918ks in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or withdrawal delays pending KYC verification.
• Gambling losses incurred by the User as a result of their own gaming decisions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

918ks is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. The following responsible gambling provisions apply to all Account holders:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for users aged 21 years and above. Minors are prohibited from accessing or using any Service.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set self-imposed daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase in limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Users may activate a session time-out ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During an active time-out, the Account will be inaccessible for gaming or wagering purposes.

Either the User or 918ks may initiate Account closure. The following conditions apply:

• User-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.
• 918ks-Initiated Closure: 918ks reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for regulatory or compliance reasons.
• Effect of Closure: Upon Account closure, all active promotions and bonus balances are immediately forfeited. Withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance is subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering obligations and satisfactory KYC verification.

918ks reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made to these Terms, 918ks will notify registered users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The amended Terms will take effect upon posting to the Platform, unless a later effective date is expressly stated. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 918ks holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a User and 918ks arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. All disputes should be submitted to 918ks in writing to the email address provided in Section 15 below.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in 918ks's operating jurisdiction. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
